Clinic Catalyst is Alicia Hagen and Kelly Wotherspoon. One of us has spent her working life inside skin, aesthetic and wellness clinics, getting offers sold and books filled. The other builds the systems that answer, follow up and keep the whole thing moving while the owner is with a patient.

Alicia has spent her career inside skin, aesthetic and wellness clinics, and before that with national brands including Rimmel, Optus and Oracle. She builds the offer and the message first, then the campaigns underneath them, because an ad can only carry an offer people already want.
Her method is the reason this works at all: she knows which parts of a campaign actually convert, and which parts just look good in a report.
Kelly was a naturopath before she built systems, and the same puzzle brain that made her good at one made her good at the other. She builds everything that runs quietly underneath: the reply that lands at eight at night, the follow-up that stops the moment somebody books, the content pipeline, and the reporting that tells you which enquiries became patients.
She builds it so the owner can run it. That is the whole point of it.
Your system, your website, your socials, your patient list and your data sit in your name. If you and we never speak again, your clinic keeps running.
Reach and clicks always look good. We report on enquiries that became patients, and we show you where the rest fell over.
Whether you learn it in the room or we run it for you, you can see inside all of it. No black box, no monthly mystery.
The point of all of it is getting you out of admin and back to the work you actually trained for.
We do not generate faces and we do not generate voices. The people in your content are your real team, filmed in your real clinic.
Everything we write for a clinic is screened against the AHPRA and TGA advertising rules, because your registration matters more than any campaign.
Click through the system first if you would rather look before you talk. When you are ready, the call is thirty minutes with both of us, and you leave with what we would change whether you work with us or not.
